Ability to process (for example, convert, normalize, etc.) a group of files (such as an entire folder) in one operation.
A very powerful feature of Total Recorder is its ability to perform batch operations. This allows you to save a great amount of time since hundreds of files can be processed in a single operation.
You can use batch processing to take any of the following actions on any number of files:
- Change the format
- Normalize
- Apply Fade In/Out effects
- Repair MP3 files
- Split files
- Reduce pauses
- Change or create tags (ID3 and others supported by Total Recorder)
- Create file names using tag information (MP3 and others) or sequential numbers
- Perform additional processing through the use of add-ons.
Please note that this feature is availble only in the Professional, VideoPro and Developer Editions of Total Recorder.
