Privacy Statement

High Criteria only collects personal contact information so we can contact you. If you purchase a High Criteria product, we need your contact information so that we can send your receipt, product license and registration information, and/or associated hardware.

High Criteria will keep your contact information confidential and will not sell, rent, or otherwise divulge or share this information with any other third-party organization.

High Criteria uses third-party credit card processing companies to process credit card orders. High Criteria never sees the credit card details of its customers and therefore does not have access to nor can it store such information. Please see the privacy statements of these credit card processing companies for further details on their policies.

E-mails from High Criteria

At your request, High Criteria will send periodic E-mails regarding product updates.

If you are currently receiving these E-mails and no longer want them, you can reply to any such E-mail or send an E-mail with your request to support@highcriteria.com. All such requests will be honored immediately.

Refund & Return Statement

High Criteria software products are available for a no-cost evaluation prior to purchase. This evaluation period is provided so users can determine whether our solutions meet their requirements. Users are urged to download and evaluate the software prior to purchase. During this evaluation period, users should assess the software's abilities to meet their needs. High Criteria offers no warranty that its software is suited for a particular purpose. This determination is at the sole discretion of the purchaser. All software sales are final. High Criteria does not provide refunds on purchases of its software.

Users should consult the manufacturer's warranties associated with sales of various hardware devices. Defective devices may be exchanged based on these warranties. If you are unsatisfied with a non-defective hardware device, you may return such a device to High Criteria within 10 business days and your monies, minus a 15% re-stocking fee (minimum $20 to cover shipping costs), will be refunded.

Regardless of the circumstances, all returns must be pre-authorized. You must contact High Criteria prior to returning a shipment. An RMA number will be issued and this RMA number must appear on your outside shipping label. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging and must contain all of the components, documents, registration and warranty cards, and all promotional material that was originally shipped with the device.

Manufacturer's Warranties
  • VEC Infinity Foot Pedal: VEC provides a limited 90-day warranty on their foot pedals. The warranty covers parts and labor for the replacement of defective parts or manufacturing defects. It does not cover defects caused by accidental damage or abuse. The warranty does not cover shipping costs.
  • Dialogic Voice Cards: Dialogic provides a limited 3-year warranty on their voice cards. The warranty covers parts and labor for the replacement of defective parts or manufacturing defects. It does not cover defects caused by accidental damage or abuse. The warranty does not cover shipping costs.
  • Philips Speech Mike Pro: Philips provides a limited 1-year warranty on their Speech Mike Pro devices. The warranty covers parts and labor for the replacement of defective parts or manufacturing defects. It does not cover defects caused by accidental damage or abuse. The warranty does not cover shipping costs.
  • High Criteria CRD-110 Telephone Recording Adaptor: High Criteria provides a limited 3-month warranty on the CRD-110 Telephone Recording Adaptor. The warranty covers parts and labor for the replacement of defective parts or manufacturing defects. It does not cover defects caused by accidental damage or abuse. The warranty does not cover shipping costs.
Lost Registration Keys

Users who lose their registration keys may use the automated self-service system on the support page to prompt the system to resend the registration key information. Please see our support page for details. If you are unable to use the self-service system because you have an updated E-mail address, you should send an E-mail to support@highcriteria.com. We will try to respond within the next business day.

If you have lost your original license key information, you should not purchase a second license as a temporary license. Users who purchase a second license as a temporary license will not have their purchase refunded. Users who specify an incorrect E-mail address when making a purchase should also contact us at support@highcriteria.com. Again, such users should not purchase a second license as a temporary license as such purchases will not be refunded.

Product Delivery Statement

Unless otherwise noted, High Criteria does not send, or make available copies of its software on CD-ROM. Instead, evaluation software is always available for download from our web site. When a customer purchases a software license from High Criteria, they will receive an E-mail with a license or registration code. When this license code is copied into the downloaded software, the result is a fully licensed and registered copy of the software. Customers should keep a copy of their license code information. You can also make copies of the downloaded program onto CD-ROM if you wish.

High Criteria makes its best effort to deliver the license code E-mail within fifteen minutes of the purchase. Due to possible problems with Internet communications, High Criteria cannot guarantee delivery of the license code information within any specific time period. If you do not receive such an E-mail in a reasonable time frame, you should contact High Criteria support and request assistance. Unless otherwise noted, shipment of associated equipment and various hardware devices will usually be processed and arrive at the customer's ship-to address in North America within 5 business days or less of the purchase. If an order cannot be processed in this time period, then the customer will be contacted and given the option of a full refund on their hardware purchase. Please contact High Criteria for information about shipments destined outside North America.
